In one of the best moments of the Punjab Kings (PBKS)’ innings during their match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), Shashank Singh hit Mayank Yadav for a six over deep backwards square leg and the ball sailed over the roof of the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) Stadium in Dharamsala on May 4 (Sunday).
It was in the 17th over of the Punjab innings that Mayank was bowling when Shashank, who was still new to the crease, seized the opportunity on a length ball which was ready to be punished and sent it sailing into the valleys of the Dhauladhar range.
In the end, Punjab managed to reach 236/5, which is the highest ever total scored against LSG in IPL history.
