From IPL regulars like Mukesh Choudhary and Rahul Tripathi to U19 stars like Arshin Kulkarni and Vicky Otswal, here are the top players to watch in the Maharashtra Premier League (MPL 2025)
Six teams will take part in the sixth season of the Maharashtra Premier League, slated to begin on June 4 in Pune. Ratnagiri Jets and Eagle Nashik Titans will take on each other in the opening match of the tournament, which has many eyeballs on them.

Mukesh Choudhary – Left-arm pacer who plays for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL.
Prashant Solanki – Leg-spinner who played for CSK in the IPL.
Digvijay Deshmukh – All-rounder who was part of the Mumbai Indians in the IPL

Rajvardhan Hangargekar – CSK IPL pacer, with an ability to provide explosive finishes lower down the order
Pawan Shah – India U19 double-centurion; top-order aggressive batter.
PBG Kolhapur Tuskers
Rahul Tripathi – Former Indian batter with IPL experience with KKR, SRH, and CSK
Rajneesh Gurbani – Former Vidarbha pacer, who moved his base to Maharashtra last year. Known for his impactful performance for Vidarbha in their 2017-18 Ranji Trophy victory
Ankeet Bawane – Former India A skipper and one of the most consistent run-scorers in domestic cricket. Has an average of 51.48 in first-class cricket, 48.43 in List A format, and 35.00 in T20s.
Ratnagiri Jets
Satyajeet Bachhav – Domestic stalwart; left-arm spinner with accuracy. Picked 13 wickets at an average of 28.69 in the 2024-25 Vijay Hazare Trophy.
